Third-party notification
You can request to have a friend, neighbor, relative, or social service agency notified if you ever receive a disconnection notice because of unpaid bills. The party you choose has no obligation to pay the bill, but can help you to make payment arrangements and avoid disconnection should you be ill, incapacitated, or away from home.
